Return Policy

You may exchange most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

If you need to exchange an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail with your store gift certificate once we've received and processed the returned item. There are no cash returns available.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Free Shipping

Standard Shipping is free to U.S. destinations via USPS Priority Mail.

Orders will be processed and generally shipped in 1-2 business days, pending stock availability. After being processed, orders will be shipped via Priority Mail delivery, generally arriving within 2-3 business days, based on ship address location.

Paid Shipping

Other shipping is based on a combination of weight and destination. Any paid shipping method is processed through UPS; price and arrival date is based on UPS shipping standards.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders will be processed and generally shipped in 1-2 business days, pending stock availability. After being processed, orders will be shipped via Parcel Post delivery, generally arriving within 2-8 business days, based on ship address location.
